TradeSecrets Limited (TSL) was founded by Laura Myles in response to a demand for practical and uncomplicated legal advice to help clients protect their business interests, minimise risk and add value to their respective businesses, our main focus being intellectual property and related matters.
Laura has more than fifteen years of in-house legal experience working for large multi-national corporations in Ireland and the United States. She completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) at DePaul University, Chicago, majoring in Business and Law; a LL.B. Postgraduate Degree in Law (Hons.) at the National University of Ireland, Galway; and then a Masters in European and Comparative Law (Hons.) through the University of Limerick, Ireland, specializing in International Business.
Laura is qualified to practice as a Registered Trade Mark (and Design) Attorney before the Irish Patents Office and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Community Trade Marks and Designs) in Spain.
Laura is also a qualified arbitrator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Irish Branch). |
